I bet child therapists probably rotate even quickerSome people become therapist out of a sense of superiority and figure they were more mentally and psychologically astute even before schooling to become a therapist
So they have no real empathy

They have too much emptathy and absorb all their patient's trauma and stress themselves out
And burnout
