if a girl hits you, you have every right to call the cops. BUT, since males are supposed to be the alphas, that embarassment and pride kicks in so we take that L and most feel less so they hit back.

Calling the cops in this situation would be extremely stupid. When the cops arrive they will assume that you're the aggressive and you will be taken away in handcuffs despite your innocence. This is amplified if you're a black male.
