Get to retentions and threaten to switch. Normally gives you a discount for a year or so.
yeah you must threaten to switch or leave, if not they will keep raising the rate. I threaten to leave every year or so and even cut a month when I didn't get what I wanted.

I'm gonna try this but, in my area we only have comcast and centurylink and centurylink knows how expensive comcast is. We'll see hopeful I get it down to 30 something with discounts and some threatening.
same, it was cheaper when i was in contract. twc has the goddamn cable internet game locked down in my area. i threatened to cancel my services and the lady was literally like "where you gonna go "
It's 50 for comcast over here, I own my own modem and usually find some random thing to pick a fight with them over and threaten to bounce about every 6 months or so to keep the introductory pricing.

i told comcast last month they need to put my shyt right back to that 34.99 deal I signed up with when my bill jumped up to $60 cuz the "promo price" had ended. They complied surprisingly and I didn't threaten to cancel.
