For the amount I'll be requesting in damages and pain and suffering, depending on how many shooters, the mom and the boy it'll probably only cost me $100 bucks or less to file a claim on everyone I'm suing. Whether or not the case will get dismissed on the mom and boy is irrelevant. Again, I'm suing everybody.
