No. If you test positive and aren’t experiencing trouble breathing, they send you home. They tell you to monitor your symptoms and quarantine.

The bolded wouldn't make any sense, since that would only be overloading their own resources. Especially if you're not showing any symptoms, because then what's the reason in keeping you there? Even if there was a hospital that's (wrongly) doing this, I don't think this would be the case overall, and if it was, then no wonder beds get used up so quickly.
