My uncle (?) left a parrot at my doorstep and I'm not sure what to do with it

Thats a parakeet I think. I have some. They're not friendly just leave it alone. Give it water and parakeet food. And clean its cage.

That's the thing, I don't think he wants it and is not willing to take responsibility for it. Could take it too a local pet store/zoo. They may take it in. Thats what i did with my fish when i parted out my fish tank...
