now that you are correct on.....but the good stuff.....the top tier shyt.....that's grown in LA.....I know cause I use to grow it and was taught how to....Nor Cal also has that top tier.....but for some reason LA's is just better.....but if you are talking genetics, clones, etc.....then yes Nor Cal is the spot.....
