My work is forcing me out .. what should i do?

- been working every weekend since january last year. didn't complain at first cause i was part time and pursuing degree
- no longer in school so asked to get my schedule fixed in january.. they don't
- i take time off due to illness and got forced back cause insurance didn't wanna pay
- check my schedules and i'm back on weekends
- i complain to my manager and he requests doctors note and i get him a doctors note but they say it's not clear enough and they need more info.
- i have seniority over most of the workers cause i've been there for 4 years but somehow i'm at the bottom of the list
- will call sick every weekend till they do something about it. (other suggestions are welcome)

ya working on that since i've been off.. had couple interviews but only way i'm quitting is if i'm gonna get paid more. right now i have seniority power working in my favor to force what i want.

i know. i will call sick every weekend till they do something about it. if they fire me.. i have the doctors note plus my medical history to back me up so it will be considered as unlawful firing and i can receive EI in that case.. i know they won't fire me that quick though cause i would have been fired long time ago.

start hunting for a new job it's time to leave.. you'll prolly get a pay bump along with it. Life is giving you signals... they're getting too comfortable pushing you around.... bfore you bounce put your foot down and make them compete to keep you.

They dont want you so its obvious, you find someone that does. Get your references together in the company and find a supervisor that you're cool with and look for work while waiting to be fired.

why will you call in sick every weekend?

does your doc note say u can't work weekends? but CAN work weekdays?

how bout you make them get rid of you so can collect unemployment. they obviously dont got balls so until they grow some and fire you, look for something better

alright so they refused to accept my doctors note and will not accomdate. they want me to give them consent to release medical information from my doctor. I'm not gonna do that.

i said i will quit. manager said take a few days to think about it and let me know. i also asked to speak to hr.

u may be able to use FMLA by law and u can basically call in whenever u want and they cant do shyt
