not just rapists. robbers, scammers. whatever the crime you do. habits are repetitive and move in escalations.
every offence makes it easier. repeat offenders in any criminal activity get the least consideration because of it. so in his case just like R. Kelly it starts to look like he has a habit he can't break. Mystikal seems to have a habit of holding women captive and using sexual violence as punishment towards women in disputes about money.

You're right about multiple offenders. Most people who get caught have done this multiple times, and many times they've served short sentences for it. This is also why the Me Too pattern was obvious to me. Someone like Weinstein, Kevin Spacey etc would get accused by one person and then a week later another accuser would pop up. It so makes it easier for women to falsely accuse you as well. Because people are inclined to believe it,just because somebody else said the same thing previously. When in reality some one could just repeat the prior womans story they heard. Making it look like the accused has a pattern. Not willing to vouch for a potential meth addict though.
