this a clear indication the federal prison system ain't doing ish.... when mystikal was locked up for 6 years in 2004ish, what'd they even do there? Clearly nothing.
He basically needs to be locked up for a long while and needs to go thru the same thing Darren Sharper will be going thru after he ever gets released from prison.... a form of testing where they measure his sexual arousal (basically can't get stimulated anymore)

that was his third or fourth chance.The fact that he's been able to do this multiple times and be released tells you all you need to know about the system. Get this dude outta here...
BTW has anyone gotten the type of second chance he did, with the Bruno Mars track? It seemed like could have blown up again with the right album/production and then nothing happened...besides more rape.
First album was kind of a dud and then he linked up with No Limit...
...No Limit died and then he got Shake Ya Ass and those other Neptunes tracks...
...goes to jail gets out and hops on that Bruno Mars joint
All he had to do was chill and he could have had one of the longest careers in rap
