I think the thing with the new posters that's rubbing everyone wrong is they coming in hot and too fast. Like Imagine this was your first day in a new school. And people been there and you newbie and you feel you got a lot to say. No ones gonna tolerate it whether you are right or wrong. They just don't respect your opinion at that point and don't feel you are one of them.
But just like school settle in slowly and you'll find your people and you'll be cool.
