Honestly why even charge people for rent? Just put your house on Airbnb and you can make 3x that amount if they pressed over money. No need to fukk the next man over

Some people literally can't see the forest from the trees. AirBnB is a luxury desire, renting a place is a NEED to survive in society. AirBnB would make these property owners never desire to be landlords in the first place due to making obscene amounts of $$$. Landlords cannot see that, and rather be a vulture towards working class people for a fraction of the profit.
