Voila ain't bad at all. Pharrell's lines was corny tho. Thought Gucci was gon spit tho. I like the 1st beat switch up w/ the drums before the 2nd beat switch up w/ Wale

People say this sounds like a Pharrell but it sounds absolutely nothing like In My Mind or Girl to me.
I can hear the electronic rock of In Search Of...
I can hear the emo and rockabilly of Fly or Die...
I can hear the jazzy rnb grooves of Seeing Sounds...
all thrown in a pot.
it isn't any easily digestable album sonically because there is a lot going on track to track with no cohesive sound built for radio but thats why I like it in an era of trap/edm.

Just off the first listen I wasn't feeling this album.
Only song that I liked & really felt that N.E.R.D sound in it's entirety is Don't Don't do it.
The rest just doesn't mesh well together with the current sound of today.
I think Pharrell should've called Tyler on this one.

The album is okay...I don't like the tempo and instrumental transitions in some of the songs, too try hard for me.
But the album definitely sounds different, that much I gotta admit. Beautiful use of the voices, I really like "Don't Don't Do It"...the transition was much easier on this one.

Not feeling this at all. Lemon goes hard, but nothing else sounds like that. Everything else is some pop electronic out there shyt and I'm not rocking with it
