I fail to see how Nas was having a mental breakdown. He called Cam's album wack, told Nelly to chill the fukk out with disrespecting legends like KRS, and told Nore to step his rap game up. He also shyt on Jay and exposed Angie and Hot 97 for the dikkriders that they were. All of that was true except the shot at Cam because Come Home With Me was actually Cam's last great album...

I think Nas calling out Nore and Cam is the weirdest thing ever. Nore was never a lyricist and got by because of his unique style and voice (+ production). There's no amount of shaming that could turn Nore into a great lyricist. I sort of get calling out Cam because he's a far greater lyricist than we've even seen on any of his albums. He has no work ethic and seriously dumbed down his abilities. That being said a lazy/aloof Cam is greater than 99% of Mcs trying their hardest.
