I used to take pic out of The Source mag and put them on the wall in the 90s but I liked nikkaz4life album so much this was the only poster I ever brought in my life. I had Source photos and record albums surrounding this poster.

The production on this was some of Dre's best work.

Content-wise, they kinda went overboard with some of the shyt they were saying. LOL!! But this is definitely classic material. I thought Ren's career was gonna take off after this. He showed up on this album. You couldn't tell me his solo career wasn't about to pop crazy.
thought the same thing...appetite for destruction, dayz of way back, always into something...crazy...

I remember posting threads on sohh to see if anybody had the instrumentals. One of the greatest displays of production on any Hip Hop record. I prefer that version of Dre the producer over the Death Row Dre. And Ren, and Ren, and Ren......:wow: That was the only part of that flick I didnt care for was not giving Ren his proper due. Cube and Dre were being some fakkets for not giving Ren his due in the movie.

This is the guy who ghost-produced for Dre on nikkazForLife/ 2001/ Compton

He even said in a interview a few years ago that he had a song on Detox called "My Diary"

He has a CD called "The E-Klipze" where u can hear a lot of Dre's sound but it's impossible to find on the Internet , I seen it on eBay a few times , I should've bought it:mjcry:

Dre had a song titled Talking To My Diary on Compton, not sure if it's the same track though.

I might be the only one that thinks this album is better than straight out of compton

With cube not there, ren was forced to rap his ass off & dre was a beast on production

One of the GOAT produced rap albums ever...Dre was in a deep zone on nikkaz4life.

The content on the album however was too over the top and it did kinda hurt the momentum for conscious rap in.

If Cube was still apart of the group then, it probably would been more balance which was needed.
