Orlando is okay but not really a sizeable black middle class but you could say that about a lot of places. Lots of caribbeans and hispanics, and has a sizeable eastern European community.

I wouldn't choose to live there the women are mostly trashy, loud, attention whores, that think they look better then they actually do and this is across all races. My boy hyped up the chicks and the nightlife and I wasn't impressed but everyone got different strokes not for me though.

Not really a lot of black people doing much for themselves or maybe they stay hidden?? I don't know I was disappointed to say the least . But I've lived in ATL and familiar with got family in DMV area so hey it's what your used too I guess.
