It's really safe, when I lived there I was in a place called felony heights, which is the fukking burbs. When I learned about the name I jogged around at night to see what the fuss was about. There was nothing remotely hood about that place.

. i couldn't imagine being black and living there honestly. at least if i'm going to subject myself to being a racial minority, i'd live in california where there's better weather 
There must be some memo out there that says that Portland is a good place to go if you're a lazy pothead cac. They go there and realize there is nothing to do and no jobs for unskilled idiots but they don't have enough money to go back to where they came from so they just live homeless. It's a pathetic city.
