You're not a sensible person. In observance of your posts, Ive come to the not so scientific conclusion that you're losing your mind, because of the tension between your political beliefs, and its underlying racial correlates. You're pro-black, but you have aligned yourself with white supremacists as a political philosophy. Its literally destroying your sense of being, and all rational sense.
Concerning your challenge of "defending my organization", I'll provide an anecdote: I was a member of the NAACP youth council as a teenager. I disassociated myself with the organization about eight years ago because of what believed to be its conservatism from leadership, and corporate influence (many of our events were sponsored by Walmart which was in direct violation of my personal ethics).
I think this Sterling flap as it relates to the NAACP is a bit more complex than others are leading on. Money talks, and Sterling has created bonds with members due to his contributions, and chummy chummy ways. Sterling has also done some objectively great things such as creating programs that allow the underprivileged to attend games. These gestures caused NAACP leadership to overlook his troubling past, and get in bed with a guy whose troubling rumors about his personal racial bias hung over his business practices like a cloud for decades. They played themselves over the power of a dollar...as a American as anything.
