I love nachos but I don't want too much cheese on them. I like chicken, ground beef/turkey, seafood, carnitas or shredded beef nachos with the pico and/or corb salsa, guac, lettuce, sour cream, taco sauce, queso, etc.
I tend to go light on cheese/queso and sour cream cuz they both fattening but need some on there tho.
Love how fresh nachos are. Also just like chips with the queso sauce or guac too.
