I seen this type of setup in South Africa. Most salons had multiple braiders.

The cheat code business plan was this 24 hr daycare over by Hickory Ridge Mall in Memphis in a shopping center. Them hoes used to have that bytch jumpin on Friday and Saturday nights dropping them kids off. Think kids couldn’t be there longer than a day. shyt was ridiculous

This is actually pretty cool, but I will never go to an African woman again to braid my hair.

They grip my edges too harshly and leave me struggling to sleep for days after they braid my hair. I have continuously told them not to touch the fine hair in front, but they always do it anyway and it’s painful AF.

Now I see why some women end up with hair loss in the front of their heads.

:manny:What can I say? I don’t like being in pain
His is the common response to FBA pointing out unequal or outright negative relations between us and the rest of the diaspora.

I wish I would pay a bytch to disrespect my hairline. Plus, you know we don't believe in having too many hands in our head at once, Too many chefs in the kitchen.

Shorty didn't say nothing about being FBA
They're plenty of African and Caribbean women who prefer AA salons and vice versa
Same shyt with barbershops
I know an African barbershop owner with nothing but regular nikkas in his shop because of experience and culture

You would have been cheering if it was an AA woman running the shop

They saw Cameroon and their mind automatically conjured up all sorts of violent jungle imagery about primitive Africans pulling hair too tight..
If you can't instruct someone working on your hair the problem is you. Youre literally there to tell them what you want and done how.
