Black unemployment in the country has gone down. So something unique is going on in Oakland for the crime and violence to be much higher than usual.

This is the worst it's ever been. I'm not just talking people getting clapped. I'm also talking all the petty shyt too. Everyday a different mob hit a different store this week. Not all, just most. Your best bet is target regions that are black, then finding out where the wealthy people stay at. Because its a black region, there will be more black people in those wealthy parts even if those parts are not completely black.
The DMV area. Charlotte. Dallas. Houston. Atlanta. South Jersey and Delaware are sleepers if you want to be in the Philly area.
The issue then becomes keeping your kids away from those negative influences when they hit their high school years.
