Having broken this video down and analysed it frame by frame, it's clearly an After Effects job. Nice try, but it doesn't hold up to close inspection. Shadows of vehicles and the person would have been eliminated at the point of both strikes, but they remain exactly the same. I can replicate the brightness simply by raising the levels on one of the "dark" frames, reproduces the exact same effect. The "lightning" strikes in two different places, Yet the illumination is evenly spaced throughout the scene with not the slightest variation. Both strikes are exactly two frames in length, the second frame of each being lowered in brightness by the exact same amount. I have filmed and photographed a great deal of lightning, and this just does not appear genuine in any respect. The dark patches on the ground are again very easily reproduced. in After Effects or Photoshop.
