Exactly, most of these cops know when they have the law in their favor. They release their frustration on citizens often. No reason you should need 12 nikkas to restrain one woman. Or 5 guys to restrain ONE man. Keep them nonathletic nikkas in shape and maybe there wouldn't be a problem. Make them nikkas go to mandatory gym sessions.
