It destroys the very idea of the person and disregards defense. Have you ever seen Irregular at the magical high school?
It's not really fair to put Saitama against a normal character with a set power limit, the entire point of Saitama is that he's completely, totaly invincible and bored with it.
You'd have to put Saitama up against somebody with psychic powers or something in order for him to lose. As far as physical fights go, he's literally invincible from what we've seen.
