Cowboy Bebop by far. Its not just the greatest anime opening ever, it legitimately has a claim as one of the best openings in any genre ever. The cinematography and that song Tank! Is a top tier big band jazz piece

Here's one from a pretty obscure ova from the mid 90's, stylistically it's very similar to the Cowboy Bebop intro ( It came out 3 years prior to Bebop), It's really good.

Can't find it but the Japanese version was better because the music was more dramatic. Japanese had to cater to the CACs by adding rock music with the English version.
