i remember this movie being really bad but having some good fight scenes, especially this one. but my favorite Jackie Chan fight scene has to be the final fight Drunken Master 2, which actually features the same dude from the scene you posted.

Not a single cut away shot or second angle/take

They did the entire scene start to finish in one camera shot. And from IMDB, tony did it on his third try

So take how many stunts had to go perfect. How many guys had to be perfect cause there was no "cut". Plus the amount of moves, steps and shyt that tony had to do. And he (they) did it on the third try.
