my left hip. I sit too much if I run and stretch it's fine though.

#metoo bruh. i also feel chronic tightness going up to my left abdomen, a little above the belly button. do you get that too?

i think it might be psoas tightness, i sit a lot too (like most ppl) and side sleeper so i think that caused it

Left index finger. Jacked it up in late October. :snoop: hopefully I don't need surgery. Just hurts upon waking, when I get out of the shower, writing, driving, playing guitar, and other shyt.

not my abdomen but in the back area. If I stretch it it has the hurts but feels good feeling.
my doctor told me it's because my lower body area is tight from too much sitting. he said do active stretches before and after workouts because it'll get worse when I'm older.
I'm a side sleeper too and sometimes that side does hurt after sleeping on it. I don't know what that is.

Do you slouch a lot on that side when sitting? Maybe your abdominal area is too stressed.

yes i slouch a little to my left side. i think the root cause for me is side sleeping, i think it gave me a slight upper back scoliosis curving to the left but it's so hard to sleep on my back smh. might try a weighted blanket, and yoga
