yes i slouch a little to my left side. i think the root cause for me is side sleeping, i think it gave me a slight upper back scoliosis curving to the left but it's so hard to sleep on my back smh. might try a weighted blanket, and yoga

Yeah just start with small active stretches. I never stretched when I was younger so now I feel like my body is telling me this is what the outcome is.
sitting isn't bad it's these jobs that make us sit for 4-5 hours at a time.
Sleeping on my back is hard too, so I just switch sides every few hours subconsciously

go to the chiropractor.

you probably got your hip twisted over the years and just need to be adjusted.

it take about two months of adjustments to fix.

I've been blessed to never really have to deal with any nagging injuries or ailments.

Even back in school when I'd sprain ankles and stuff I'd bounce back quick.

Lower back and feet from years of standing on my feet all day and drinking multiple cups of coffee throughout the day and drinking hard liqour every other night. I recently slowed down on both though after a recent health scare.

My left wrist, two of my fingers on my right hand, my back and my right calf...
I just turned 30 on the 23rd and Ive been feeling :flabbynsick: since I can remember... :mjcry:
