thanks for the rep.yes i slouch a little to my left side. i think the root cause for me is side sleeping, i think it gave me a slight upper back scoliosis curving to the left but it's so hard to sleep on my back smh. might try a weighted blanket, and yoga
Yeah just start with small active stretches. I never stretched when I was younger so now I feel like my body is telling me this is what the outcome is.
sitting isn't bad it's these jobs that make us sit for 4-5 hours at a time.
Sleeping on my back is hard too, so I just switch sides every few hours subconsciously
