MF Doom, Kendrick Lamar, Kanye West, Pusha T, Danny Brown, Roots Manuva, Blackalicious, Murs all came out after Eminem and made better music than he has since 2002, but if we're talking strictly as an emcee i.e. pen game I would only put Doom, Kendrick, and Pusha on Em's level.

I liked Eminem cause of his skills. First 3 classic albums (SSLP, MMLP, TES) 8 Mile Soundtrack, D12' Devil Night. His good comeback album which is Relapse but his accent can be annoyed but you can't deny that album is dope as fukk.

I think his best friend Proof gone gotta do with it. I believe Proof was the only one person can tell Eminem straight up to say "Yo, man. ..This shyt is straight up whack" in Eminem's face.

C2 is deserving of classic status but whether it is or not is debatable.

Plus if there were such things as classic mixtapes (which there aren't), Wayne would have a couple to his name there as well.

Eminem is not that good... go back and listens to his first couple of releases... most of the tracks on them are trash and unlistenable. Kendrick is leagues, and I mean LEAGUES, ahead of Em in terms of making music. Section 80, GKMC, and TPAB are so much better than anything Eminem has ever made.
