If Reggie Miller is a HOFer, then why isnt Glen Rice?? Without looking it up, i think he made 5 all star teams, an All Star MVP and a title with the Lakers in 2000. I think his peak scoring season was.higher than Reggies and he also won an NCAA Title in 89. It is the.Basketball Hall of Fame, not NBA, so it does factor in.

In his prime he was giving you 19/11/4 and at 6'11 he led the NBA in FT% one season (92%).

I learned my post game from my uncle's old tapes of Sikma (he was a basketball junky and taped mad games). Sikam had an amazing post game, he was the master of tthe mid-post and high-post face up.

Second year in the league he put up 15 & 12 (14 & 11 in the playoffs) and won a ring. Played in 7 All Star games. Finished top 10 in MVP voting twice. Made an All Defensive team.

Oh, and fukkin Adrian Dantley! Won two scoring titles. Was a SF who shot in the mid to high 50's from the floor in his prime.

Had this insane 7 year stretch: 28, 30, 30, 30, 30, 27, 30 PPG on 58%, 56%, 57%, 58%, 56%, 53%, 56% shooting. Put up 24/5/3 on 54% for his career. Was getting to the line for 10 FTA a game in his prime and hitting over 80% of them.

All NBA 2nd team twice, 6x All Star, advanced stats love him, and he's in the Hall of Fame. But no one ever mentions him, outside of how Isiah blamed him in '88 when the Pistons lost in 7 to the Lakers, and ran his ass out of Detroit.

I was actually thinking of Sikma when I wrote the OP. How is he not in the Hall of Fame? He's the one guy whose career numbers are closest to Cliff Robinson's who is not there, but he's got 7 All-Star appearances and a huge performance in the 1979 Finals on top of the numbers.

Gus Williams was a bad mothershutyomouf. I was going to put him down, but they limited the shyt to the 80's, because they have no recollections of late 70's players. They probably don't know anything about guys like Dan Issell and Walter Davis either. Those were really good players.
