Chicago Bears during the 90s
Detroit Lions post Barry Sanders until they drafted Megatron and then Stafford. Not that they were any good with them, they were top picks (#2 and #1) and put up numbers.
Bucks were relevant in the 90s when they drafted Big Dog because he was a big time scorer in college, and then they drafted Ray Allen a few years later. They went to the ECF in 2001. After Ray Allen left the squad, they faded into obscurity. Brandon Jennings 55pt game gave them a spark, but it was really the emergence of Giannis that made them relevant again after Jabari Parker kept getting hurt.

I would say Wolves from ‘07-‘23. As long as KG was on the squad, they were relevant because KG was a superstar.NBA got a few.
T-Wolves from 2005 to 2023
Pistons from 2009 to now
Bucks from mid 80's to about 2018
Bobcats/Hornets from 2005 to now
Kings from 2005 to now
Bullets/Wizards since the 80's
Magic from 2012 to now
Warriors from mid 70's to early 90's, then mid 90's to 2014
I'm obviously missing some ie Clippers, Cavs, etc. Really no excuse for streaks this long outside of the owners not caring IMO.
