C.O.s have an easy job depending on the location. Some of these minimum security facilities have nothing going on. Just dudes waiting out their time. Sittin around watching Food Network all day..

An unexpected transfer could suck but it's not this scary place like they show on TV unless it's higher level and even then TV is dramatic..

You must not be from a major city

nikkas must not have ever touched a REAL prison or jail where COs, nurses, inmates and visitors are all put in harms way on a regular basis






maybe that country ass level 1 camp, in Bumblefukk, Iowa might be sweet and not like the reality shows, but real nikkas know better




I was only an inmate, but even I know (from dating, and fukking several of them) being a C.O. is a thankless, soul-sucking job, where you get shyt from both the inmates and your co-workers on a routine basis. Death threats, feces, urine, no phone access...




Not to mention the threat of arrest if you make one false move, or the conflicts of morality and human rights violations you'll face every day. Bootlicking, sexual harassment, and violence, bribery, shady C.O.'s, and rumors.




Anybody who loves that job is a certified nutcase

All bunched up in the immediate vicinity of one another, begging to use the phone, bytching about being locked up, arguing, yelling, fighting, pissing on floors, asking when they going to be assigned to a cell...beefin over bag lunches and them dry ass sandwiches




intake a shytshow. Imagine having to hold THAT down for 8-12 hours a few days a week. Lol how do you go home with the motivation to return the next day

Sales Management you manage a sales team, a BDM on the other hand represents a company that that sales team tries to sell it's products.
Ya I got experience in this field.
Very black friendly yes, I know a few of highly successful black people in this field.
You may even have a black boss, however usually female.
There is no racism in this field, this is a super "woke" industry, and I don't mean that as a compliment, but i'm just saying it's those white liberal types that "feel your pain" lol and hashtag #LGBTQ and #PrideMonth and all that.
Career is mad flexible, you can often work from home and once you go up the ladder you can be a permanently remote employee.

Currently, I'm active duty Army ( Infantry) but I have a bachelor's in Finance, a insurance license and I had a short stint with as a mortgage broker. Ideally, I want to eventually have my holding company but I yet don't the current pedigree ( Non-Target Undergraduate degree) for private equity.
