Jason Friedberg & Aaron Seltzer: These degenerates have a "Taken" parody coming out this year. Who keeps giving these guys opportunities even if they're straight to Redbox status now? At least Uwe Boll has a film or two that isn't all the way terrible(forgettable as one poster mentioned, but not out right awful), these guys have NOTHING!

Possibly McG but that's only possibly. I think his first Charlie's Angel movie is exactly what it should be. Uwe Boll definitely but McG is a close runner up. But he was part of the team that gave us Chuck so I've got a soft spot for the guy

You forgot about "Nikita', "The O.C.", & etc. I give McG a complete pass because I've enjoyed his TV shows (& even some of his movies) too much.
