Roger Rabbit final boss was indeed a pain in the ass. I figured out eventually that you could use turbo to super charge Eddie's punches and I think that's how I beat him.

And eddie bounces around while you charged it, and doing it that way took forever. I remember pausing my nintendo and continuing the battle when I woke up. Years later I read there was a much easier way to defeat him, I can't remember, I should google it...
