It's like the OP never heard of them or pantera (they didn't get big until 1990 though) or guns and roses. That Seattle 1989 show . Got a few songs off it on my phone. Only their 1992 San Diego show sounds better.

Hey I feel you about how good they were but they were living off of their past accomplishments mainly.
Mercury previous to that had resigned to the fact that their time had past musically (they went on a 5 year hiatus of not recording a new album I believe) and was only re-energized by the warm reception they received after performing at Live Aid.
They are not considered an 80s band, strictly 70s.
