It depends on what the OP wants to do... If he doesnt want to break the bank and just get something decent to browse the web, does he really need a super expensive laptop???

For sure, I got a 2 year old Toshiba with some "Harman/Kardon" speakers, never slowed down with like 40GB of music and shyt, I'm good.

Them macs is nice, but is that price REALLY worth it?

I love when ppl buy Macbooks and can't tell me why they bought it over a $400 Windows PC. Anyone with at least intermediate computer knowledge knows not to take the Apple route, unless you have a niche and the Mac's hardware is more powerful when it comes to that niche
