Ima have to go with ludacris. His creativity and flow and delivery was on a whole nother level, and regardless of how corny he is today, he was probably the best rapper out at a certain point. Close runner up would be busta rhymes, again his delivery timing and creativeness was beyond belief. Third would be lil wayne. Yours ????

Nelly. I don't think a lot of people appreciate just how huge he was. The way his latest videos were debuted on MTV...shyt was just crazy. Especially when you consider the south didn't fall off, it got even bigger and bigger...I assumed he'd last a lot longer. Plus he had the melody game down. Ladies fukked with him heavy too.

Being from the lou, i can def tell u he was a huge phenom, he gave us all hope, untol chingy ran it in the ground, but honestly i believe flo rida ended his course.
