I mean the girl becomes black panther in the comics anyway, and they were probably going to have her play the role after a couple movies if Chadwick didn't die either. That being said I do wish that we saw a Black Panther and Storm relationship.
She’s not even the same character. The film and her comic book depiction don’t match at all

They're not recasting him because this is the perfect opportunity for them to go full throttle with the black girls rock energy...

Honestly the first film had a lot of that energy as well. Sometimes at T'Challas expense.

Only people that want T’Challa recasted are comic book nerds

To the vast majority of people T’Challa is Black Panther and recasting him would be weird as hell and a constant comparison that this new movie and whoever the new dude is would lose.

right. The Coli truly is bizarro world because in real life most people support the decision not to recast T’Challa

How is Namor the first mutant when Apocalypse was around during the reign of King Tut? shyt makes no sense.

Further more, Black Panther is a symbol not a specific character. They costume and the title lives on after the current Black Panther dies. Just T'Challa and his father.

However, I don't think they should make the Black Panther a female, but I wouldn't doubt Marvel has already chosen to do just that. They want more inclusiveness in these movies and they're trying to appease every demographic. Don't be surprised if one of the characters has homosexual tendencies.

The overwhelming majority by a grand margin of comics featuring The black panther have been tchalla. it's a mantle technically, but there have been more bat men, super men, spider men, and even captain Americas than there has been panthers. you ask anyone whether they read comics or only watch the movies whos the black panther and there's gonna be one response. Hell, shuri and Kasper weren't even real panthers anyway
