If you are up against incompetence you shouldn't you be able to manipulate the situation better in your favor? She has the ability to obstruct and doesn't do it enough in the face of opponents who are evil. Look how McConnell and Boehner obstructed Obama during his tenure, have the House Dems done anything close?

Single Payer Healthcare is not getting done with any sort of GOP led House, Senate, or White House

Uh no and no one advocated for that. I believe you should vote every election, I wouldn't even be mad if it we implemented compulsory voting like Australia.
