The course content on some of them like Machine/Deep Learning seems interesting. If you have the extra money and are interested they might be 'worth it', but only as an introduction. Especially for fields like Machine Learning, you typically need a graduate degree in the field to get a good job specific to that. So basically if you already have a CS degree, it might be worth it to explore different fields. But don't expect to get a job with no degree with a really good company with just a nanodegree. It happens, but it's not going to be the norm. If you have a non-CS undergrad degree already, consider a Masters in CS.

Udacity does have the 'Nanodegree Plus' that guarantees a relevant job in 6 months or your money back.

Also Reddit is a good place to find discussions about them.
