@Shadow you said this in the raw thread, but I decided to respond here (Raw is almost over, and this is more specific to Naomi/The Divas as a whole).
It's over breh, give up....
It's clear that she's a second tier Diva at best. That little feud she had with Nikki was as far as she goes. That's her peak. That feud was prime for her to go over at least once and she didn't (Good girl goes bad, recruits a giant family member for backup, finally gets the belt..so easy) That's tell tale of what they view her as.
The Bella Twins are the Total Diva representatives and are married/dating arguably the biggest stars in the company not named Brock Lesnar.
Paige...boy let me tell you, I checked her wikipedia recently, and was shocked to find out that she is fukking 22 years old...
She has a LOOONG career ahead. I understand why Vince gave her such a massive push now, the Diva's seem to have a short shelf life, so I understand why getting someone so young over like that was such a priority. Low key, her rocket pack has been Reigns-level, just less noticed/talked about because the Divas are still, as a group, low on the card. But she has shown that she is at least competent in the ring, can talk, gets neckbeard/smark credibility/fandom (Like AJ), but unlike AJ she seems to be more willing to engage in the Total Divas/Slutty style stuff that Vince likes. She's a Brit, so she also comes with that built in fanbase. They are about to eat good offa her for at least the next 10 years, and unlike the Bellas, I doubt she ever truly leaves to try and make it in Hollywood.
Charlotte, the daughter of a legend, has been rumored to come up soon, so Naomi will be dropping even lower on the card.
And eventually Sasha will satisfy whatever "black quota" they have once she moves up as well.
Hell..if Eva Marie ever learns how to wrestle, she'll be challenging for a spot as well (Although, she *is* 30...so she better hurry her ass up, she's gonna go sour in Vince's eyes soon).
