Naruto peaked early, and is a horrible main character. One Piece has the better world, characters, writing, and powers. But for real big hot take. One Piece has the best roster of main characters in the shonen genre.

Remember when Naruto came out in the mid 2000s there was a lot of hysteria surround it’s hype. Even played the video game for hours.

Enjoyed how Naruto and Sasuke promotes brotherhood which fosters male bonding. Having a trustworthy set of brehs is essential.

Life lessons such as discernment before judgement, hard work paying off, and using your pain as motivation is one of the most relatable tales people can relate too.

One Piece popularity speaks for itself. Takes a lot of patience to get through over 300 episodes

The older anime’s/manga of the late 80’s/90s and 00’s are hidden gems imo

One Piece is the better show but I love Naruto more. My first anime and always been able to connect to it more with characters like Naruto, Sasuke, Kakashi, Jiraiya, Obito, and Madara.

I thought it'd be an interesting topic since they're both two of the biggest media franchises in Japan. I was going to add Dragon Ball and bleach in, but I barely watch or know anything about Bleach and Dragon Ball is above all 3 of them.

Personally I'm leaning more towards One Piece in everything except for video games and manga. Kishimoto is a talented artist, so that spot obviously goes to him. The One Piece video games are practically shovelware, the Storm games are better (but not by much). You would think these anime games would be more high quality since Bandai has literally every big name in the industry.

If you haven't watched Anime before then Naruto or DBZ.

If you've watched Anime before then One Piece easily.. Early on who would of though "rubber" powers could do all that only arc i didn't fukk with is the scooby doo one, i forgot the name and the afro luffy arc. both trash.

If you don’t like it by the time you finish the Arlong arc (which is in the first 50 episodes), then you’re probably not going to like the rest of the series
