Haku looked like a girl when he first met naruto and he even couldn't tell
RIN can do the transplant of the eye also she did it for kakashi. She could of easily came back and got the other eye later on

My theory stands that it's Madara's brother Izuna. Madara took Izuna's eyes, so it'd make sense he got new eyes from Obito and someone else. Using the the Zetsu gene somehow to prolong his life.
The most interesting thing is that TOBI sounded pissed at kakashi that makes you think he really knows him like OBITO

At least we can confirm that it's Obito's eye...which means that it's one of 4 people
1) Obito
2) Rin
3) Taiseki (the guy that gave Kakashi his scar)
4) Kakkō (the guy who caused the cave-in killing Obito)
I hope to god it's not Rin...cause if it is, that means extensive flashbacks (we're gonna get them if it's Obito but won't be as long I'm sure)

whoever it is knows about KAKASHI and his guilt at the GRAVE though which leaves RIN and OBITO unless somebody else was watchin thru the shadows like ZETSU can

u got to be kidding meMadara having a met ZETSU would make sense also. He made Zetsu make a clone of himself so when he passes he get NAGATO to revive him unfortunately this clone grew a MIND OF HIS OWN. Got OBITO's eye and shyt and tried to fight the 4th and lost and is now redoing everything he couldn't do when he attacked KONOHA YRS AGO
But the most important factor though is this HE WENT AT KAKASHI mad as hell telling him not open his mouth. So its somebody that knows kakashi on a personal level.
Tobi never got that ANGRY at ANYBODY
