sasuke prolly couldn't even beat a full powered Oro, he aint no where near as strong as uzi, the 4th is stronger than everyone i just mentioned

Kishi's making up for the fact that he's been simultaneously ignoring and hyping up the 1st for over a decade. Yeah its forced but at least he's trying I still expect a my "my jutsu is better than your, I win" attack to end the next couple of fights.
