also where does it say for 100% sure that Madara gave Nagato his eyes? Or was that just some more of Obito's lies? lol @ believing anything Obito says. He was kid wit Jiriaya and activated the Rinnegan when he killed those ninjas.

I know that. Pain is separate from Nagato. He used Pain when he was cripple
