Remember the Stillmatic teaser tape, had all them damn dogs barking on the tracks.

We knew it would be a classic right there and then :wow:

never heard that one but heard the black republicans with the dogs barking. These moments are classic on this board. But I won’t front. When the album drops, I stop reading until after I heard the album, might drop a comment on what I think at the moment if I’m hyped as hell but I don’t read anything.. ya not ruining my moment. We can laugh after my experience.. :wow:

NY all day..Da Stead & BK..
The corny and disrespectful part was Lupe saying that Nas sounded like J.Cole on Speechless, which is not only categorically insane but just plain wrong. First off, J.Cole raps reminiscent of NAS, not the other way around and Nas flow on Speechless is nothing he hasn’t proven over THIRTY YEARS that he can’t do. THATS the disrespectful part.

Lupe was just sour that Nas won’t agree to do an EP with him. He’s been trying for years and Nas apparently ain’t with it.
Sayin Nas was rappin like Cole was wild af I think that was for Meet Joe Black. Especially being that Nas used that flow before Cole plenty of times. Message To The Feds is one of em.

This is a situation that I have to a physical CD just like the Mobb album. One More Week to go. What are my expectations? Well I expect some scratches, dope samples, hard bars, nice flows, concept records, cool features and vintage Premier. In no way am I expecting this to be "ILLmatic" or any previous NaS album. It's 2025 and this is what they are giving us right now. I'm also happy it's 15 joints.
