Nas and DJ Premier: Light-Years review — old masters relive the glory days of east coast hip-hop
The New Yorkers unite on a long-awaited collaborative album that conjures a lost world of rap crews and graffiti artists
Same, I didn’t like the hit boy albums apart from certain tracks on each project. This is a much more cohesive album to me .Wild thing is I love the crypto song. But..... I also have a Crypto wallet, a business owner and a portfolio. I really think it hits people who can relate. Young cats I figured would feel this track atleast for that. Not getting or feeling graffiti, female MCs, or Young kings I can see for those who just can not relate.
I actually like this better than his last releases. Im shocked honestly that cats dont like this. Id need an age and experience check for any listener for this piece. No shade but it's not for everyone. No way to get it unless you get it...
you should tell that to poet next time you see himsome of these would be cool for a MC like Black Poet not Nas. just bland
I thought we was cool brehyou should tell that to poet next time you see him

someone help me out... Where did I hear the "shine together" beat first? I swear Primo used it as a skit somewhere. Since Friday I've been trying to figure it out what album he used this as a skit on.
Dunno if he’s used it before, but these are other times I’ve heard it:
At some of these nyggas. “This is my 78th time listening to the album. It’s starting to sound decent now.”

All time funny moment on this sitenikkas legit brainwashing themselves willingly
But it's expected. I remember how nikkas convinced themselves that "Jarreau of Rap" was heat
