It’s weird because Nasir and the rest are a pretty wide gap. lol. I don’t hate any of those other albums listed. But yes this is a good bottom 5.
Yeah Nasir has literally nothing I like zero redeeming qualities beats ass hooks dogshyt Nas was off on that shyt. All the others has standout tracks at least. Magic 2 is somewhere around there to

The Scriptures
Nasir
HHID
SD
Nastradamus
probably LT2

I won't count LT2 - that was fanfare (plus it had some dope songs)

To each his own I guess, this right below HHID to me - even that had a lot of songs I go back to

I also grade this based off of expectations, I thought Premo would put his best foot forward considering how long he's wanted to do this

I would remove HHID and put magic 2 in that spot. But that album is no way shape or form a bottom 5, but HHID is better than magic 2.

I had Magic 2 at 3.5 mics and HHID at 4.
HHID was just so all over the place for me. It's one of those Nas albums I never listen to :pachaha:. I might switch out LT2 for M2 I wasn't a fan of HB production on there. That's one HB album his haters can attack for lackluster production imo lol

To me the KDs and Magics blend in a little bit due to the one producer sound but also how they were released...

Would recognize straight away any song off Street's and Hip hop is dead, but would struggle with the HBs

Thats why i find them very difficult to rank in the overall discography

They are more consistent than I Am... for example but other than Magic probably wouldnt put anything else above it

GOAT got a STRONG discography and if we are discussing quantity and unreleased material not sure how many are close...

Yes but Office Hours, Slow It Down and Motion are prolly better than anything on this Light Years album.

Fam I remember me & my girl was riding she like how the new "Nas shyt"? "I said you be the judge" She rocking with the first tack then the hook "I think they scared of us yeah repeat" skip then "Cop Shot the kid" skip :dead:. I never seen her so upset at a producer legit

Uptown, NYC

Peace to the legend Ron G.

He's from around my way.

Uptown heads know he used to be outside pushing a little shopping cart with a mini boombox on top, selling his mixtapes! LOL!! Golden era greatness! All the OG's know what's up with the album. Much respect to Ron.

:salute:
