glad I didn’t see this many pages being about Royce or alchemist production instead.

With that said, having az as the only feature is a statement he is making.

Having a continuation of tracks from previous albums mean it really met the expectations.

This shyt will end up being my number 2 album of all times by Nas. I feel it. :mjcry:

Coli real estate about to be bananas in a couple days, may need to reserve my spot now :lolbron:

Plan is for high quality headphones at midnight when it drops, whip test in the morning, speaker test in the evening/weekend :blessed:

:ahh:
Nothing replaces some fat ass wired headphones when you want real audiophile quality but I copped some sick ass Denon earbuds and received em yesterday just in time for this fukking album. Feels like I'm discovering new sounds/instruments on some tracks even via Spotify
Q Tip kinda does something comparable here with vinyl:

Yo that vid is legendary, there's this dude on Twitter who posts it every year on Tip's bday. Insane talent

He always sounds his best on Premier beats. Even though I didn't care for Define My Name you could hear a different energy with Nas.

Everyone is at their best or in an extra gear when they work with him. Something about his beats just give rappers a perfect platform to go in.

That's why I love "Beat Breaks." Nobody cared for that song, either, but the way Nas is flowing on it gives me chills every time. :wow:

Speaking of continuation, I wonder if Sons could be a 2nd part to Daughters

And if by any chance Nasty Esco Nasir is on some updated version of Rise & Fall I'm gonna lose it 😱

@Soymuscle Mike made that very possible relation. Props to him even if it ain’t true. Seems like mad Easter eggs or we all just geeked out. Track titles written like magic, az only feature to follow the classics, sons from life is good era type sounds and I’m sure we can find a it was written and hitboy reference somehow someway…
